Demesmin and Dover Cash Giveaway

Any person entering the contest may be referred to as the same below or as “Entrant”

Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of Florida and Illinois, age 18 or older. Employees of Demesmin & Dover, affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible. Void outside Florida, Illinois, and where as may be prohibited by law and/or regulation.

Entry Period: Begins May 25th, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends September 13th, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

How to Enter: Complete the official entry form with required information. Limit one entry per person. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Demesmin and Dover does not accept cash donations or gifts of any kind as incentives to increase an entrant’s chances in this contest, and any such attempt at said gift or donation will result in the donor’s forfeiture of ability to win.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive $2,500 cash which shall be paid via check or any other form of payment in which Demesmin and Dover Law Firm decides at its sole discretion. Demesmin and Dover does not guarantee or warranty the prize for any specific use as it is a cash prize in USD, and Demesmin and Dover’s obligations shall be only to provide a one-time payment of $2,500.00 to one individual Winner at the conclusion of the contest. Approximate retail value: $2,500. No substitution or transfer of prize. Winner is responsible for all taxes as a result of winning the prize and the Winner agrees to hold harmless Demesmin and Dover from any IRS implications or penalties resulting in Winner’s failure to pay any required taxes as a result of winning.

Winner Selection: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about September 14th, 2026. Odds depend on number of entries. Winner will be notified by email/phone. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure their data is correct and incorrect data shall be at no fault of Demesmin and Dover. If there is no response within 7 days, another winner may be selected.

Publicity: By entering, you consent to Demesmin and Dover’s use of your name, likeness, and entry, in perpetuity, for advertising/promotional purposes without further compensation, as permitted by law.

Liability Release: By participating, Entrant agrees and understands that they shall not qualify as an employee and/or agent of Demesmin and Dover under this contest. Any representations, statements, commitments, etc., made by Entrant shall not be binding upon nor deemed to create any obligations on behalf of Demesmin and Dover. Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Entrant from any and all claims by the Independent Contractor, which may arise from participation or acceptance of prize.

Winner List: Unless the Winner elects to remain confidential after selection, an Entrant may obtain the winner’s name by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope by October 1st, 2026 to Demesmin & Dover Law Firm, 1650 SE 17th St., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316
