Christian P. Lexima is a Junior Partner in Bodily Injury and Presuit at Demesmin & Dover Law Firm, where he has recovered millions of dollars for deserving clients and remains focused on delivering maximum results in personal injury matters across South Florida.
Christian earned his law degree from the historically Black Florida A&M University College of Law (FAMU), and his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, with a minor in Legal Studies, from the University of Central Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association and its Young Lawyers Division, and was recently selected for the Florida Bar Leadership Academy Class XIV, a statewide cohort of attorneys handpicked from across Florida to represent the next generation of leaders in the profession. In 2025, he was also honored as a member of the Haitian American Chamber of Commerce of Florida’s YoPro “Top 20 Under 40” Class of 2025, a distinction recognizing outstanding young Haitian American professionals for their professional accomplishments, civic leadership, and community impact. That same year, he was nominated as one of South Florida’s Most Powerful and Influential Business Leaders by M•I•A Media Group’s Legacy Magazine, a recognition reserved for those making a measurable mark on the South Florida business community.
Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Christian immigrated with his family to Palm Beach County in December 2000. The son of two successful entrepreneur immigrants, he came up with a natural instinct for business and a deep appreciation for what it means to build something from the ground up. That foundation has shaped both his work ethic and his approach to client advocacy.
Before law school, Christian served as a paralegal at the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County (LASPBC) from 2013 to 2015, gaining hands-on experience in Immigration, Fair Housing, and the ACA Navigator Program. After graduating from FAMU, he returned to LASPBC as an attorney with the Neighborhood Entrepreneurial Law Project, providing legal support to small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs in the community.
At FAMU College of Law, Christian was selected as a Student Governor for the Florida Bar Young Lawyers DivisionLaw Student Division, serving as a liaison between his law school and YLD attorneys statewide. Under his leadership, FAMU’s chapter was recognized as Chapter of the Year at the 2017 Florida Bar Annual Convention, and Christian was named Governor of the Year for the YLD Law Student Division. At UCF, he was an active member of Alpha Kappa Psi Fraternity, Inc., the nation’s largest professional business fraternity, and held leadership roles in the Caribbean Student Association and Club Kreyol.
Fluent in Haitian Creole and French, Christian brings a unique perspective to client representation, one built on cultural fluency, trust, and a relentless focus on results. Outside the office, you’ll find him on his road bike tackling South Florida’s scenic routes, in the gym, or behind the decks exploring new music as a DJ.
