As an in-house trial attorney at Kemper Corporation, she honed her skills in trial preparation, client communication, and settlement negotiations. Her expertise also covers commercial litigation, health law, and regulatory enforcement, having served as Assistant General Counsel for the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), where she defended state enforcement actions and licensure hearings.

Nicole earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, where she graduated magna cum laude. She is admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Born and raised in Miami, Nicole is fluent in both English and Spanish, offering bilingual legal services to her clients. Outside the office, she enjoys immersing herself in art, music, and traveling. She is an avid explorer of new places and finds balance through pilates, always seeking new ways to engage with the world around her.
