With today being National Coloring Book Day we wanted to make something that kids in our community can enjoy and feel inspired by! Coloring and drawing both help kids improve fine motor skills. They also train the brain to focus. These coloring pages inspire kids to think creatively and learn new things.
How Coloring Helps Kids Developmental Skills
As we mentioned previously beyond just being a fun way for kids to spend their time and think creatively, coloring has numerous benefits. Kids need activities that help them build hand strength, an important motor skill that helps with dexterity and strengthens the muscles in their hands. This also helps with future handwriting activity as they will get used to holding something in their hand and the placement of it. Beyond this coloring allows a child to focus on creatively making their vision come to life on the page.
Therefore since we are personal injury attorneys we decided to make our coloring book related to the law. Messaging in coloring books or finding fun new ways to expose kids to learning is extremely important. We included some basic legal jargon in our coloring book as well as some fun pages to doodle and play.
